Greg is a certified Forest Therapy Guide who is passionate about supporting people to reconnect with nature. By disengaging from devices, clearing the mind of the day to day routines and learning how to slow down, Greg will show you how the natural world can be your healer.
Greg’s calm energy and relaxed personality inspires you to tune into your five senses and experience nature in a life changing way. With today’s hectic and high pressured lifestyle, Greg feels there has never been a greater need to return to nature, be still, listen and learn its lessons for our individual and collective wellbeing.
Many of us intuitively know that there is a special peace, tranquility and feeling of wholeness when we are in nature. Forest Therapy allows you to immediately experience the benefits of slowing down and connecting with the forest through your mind, body and spirit. In this way the forest is your therapist and Greg is your guide.
Greg is a bushman, sculptor and adventurer who lives with his family in the Wombat State Forest In Victoria Australia. Greg’s life journey has taken him deep into forests and deserts, to Sovereign Hill Ballarat to learn harness making skills of yesteryear, and to working with reclaimed materials to create unique sculptures that grace many local gardens. Greg skillfully assists others to focus on, enjoy and benefit from nature’s often unnoticed abundance. His love and appreciation for the environment is infectious, soothing and restorative.
Greg’s guided walks are suitable for adults of all ages and abilities.

Nurturer | Bush Walker | Forest Therapy Guide
Kerryn is a natural nurturer, taking care of everyone and everything around her, much to the delight of her family and the forest that she and husband Greg both care for on their property. She grew up on a dairy farm in Lima South, so she's always had a strong connection to nature, often visiting her favorite spots by the Broken river or a stream that was up the back paddock.
Coming from a medical background as a registered health nurse, Kerryn brings warmth, caring and compassion to her forest therapy walks. She's seen too often how overwhelmed people get from the demands of their day to day life and the impact this has on their health and wellbeing.
When Greg started studying Forest Therapy he would often practice by guiding her on her own private walk for some forest medicine. After feeling the benefits for herself and how her stress and tension melted away. She saw how important it was to have time to slow down, connect with nature and be guided out of our own thoughts - which can so often be so loud. The peace that she felt inspired her to undertake her own Forest Therapy training so she could give this feeling to other people.
In her spare time you'd often find Kerryn tending her veggies, cooking in the kitchen or reading a good book. She loves connecting with people and looks forward to welcoming you to one of the walks her and Greg host in some of the most beautiful places in Victoria.
